All sales of digital products are final. Each product page states exactly what is included before you buy, and that page is the description of record. If what you received does not match the product page, or a delivery fails, email megan@rbdco.ai and it gets made right; that is a delivery problem, not a refund request.
The session is fully refundable until 48 hours before the scheduled time. Inside 48 hours, the session can be rescheduled once at no charge; it is not refundable. If RBD Co. cancels and cannot offer a replacement date, you receive a full refund.
The engagement is refundable in full before work begins. Once work has begun, RBD Co. earns fees for work already performed and refunds any prepaid amount beyond that. Where a signed statement of work states different terms, it controls.
Where a refund applies under the policies above, Stripe returns it to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
