These terms cover purchases from Rare Bird Company, LLC, doing business as RBD Co., Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Each product page states what is included, the price, and how it is delivered. The page you bought from is the description of record.
All methods, frameworks, tools, and training materials delivered in any format, digital or live, are and remain the intellectual property of Rare Bird Company, LLC. Your purchase grants a license to use the specific deliverable for your own organization's internal purposes. It does not grant any right to teach, republish, repackage, or resell the underlying method or framework as your own offering, and no license beyond what is stated here is implied. Rare Bird Company, LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted. Where you share or reference the materials, you must attribute them to Rare Bird Company, LLC.
Toolkits, libraries, kits, and other downloadable or web-delivered materials are delivered on purchase unless the product page states otherwise. You may not resell them, republish them, or offer them as part of a paid service to third parties.
Some products are assembled for you after purchase. The product page states delivery timing for these.
Scheduling happens by email after purchase. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before a booked session at no charge. A purchased session not scheduled within 12 months of purchase expires without refund; contact us before the expiration date if you need an exception. If RBD Co. cancels and cannot offer a replacement date, you receive a full refund.
Multi-session programs and builds are governed by the scope described at purchase or in a signed statement of work. Where a signed statement of work exists, it controls over these terms only to the extent the two conflict. Where the statement of work is silent, these terms, including the liability limitation and intellectual property provisions, continue to apply.
Stripe processes payment. RBD Co. does not see or store your card details.

Products and sessions are provided as described, without warranties beyond that description. RBD Co.'s total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. This limitation does not exclude any right that cannot be waived under Minnesota law. In no event will Rare Bird Company, LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits. Content and guidance provided are general in nature and are not legal, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice specific to your circumstances; consult a qualified professional before acting on any specific matter.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
