How It Works

Five steps, same order every time.

Build the list from a condition

A category writes generic copy. A real condition, like a permit expiring in 90 days, writes the email for you.

Write the one paragraph that can't be reused

Every email shares the same blocks except one: the recipient's own situation. If it fits anyone else unchanged, it isn't finished.

Paste the script into Apps Script

Three guardrails, from real failures:

Delete and recreate, never update. A stale draft handle fails; staging always makes a fresh one.
Attach by name, or stop. Missing the file halts the wave before anything is created.
No links when a file works. Gmail rewrites plain links in drafts; an attachment avoids it.
