AI Fluency Coaching

Leaders who #BUILD understand what leaders who study do not.

Experiential AI fluency. Hands-on. Scoped to your role. Built with you, not taught at you.

Courses teach concepts. Webinars present slides. #BUILD is different. You construct real systems—agent teams, research engines, decision-support systems, production workflows—alongside a practitioner guide who understands both the executive perspective and the builder’s reality. You leave with working systems and the fluency that only comes from doing the work.

“AI literacy is awareness. AI fluency is the demonstrated ability to create business value. One comes from courses. The other comes from building.”

You cannot evaluate what you have not built.

When you watch an agent reason through a problem, you understand orchestration differently than reading about it. When something breaks and you debug it, you understand failure modes in a way that changes how you evaluate vendor claims. When you design a system end-to-end, you develop the judgment to know what’s real, what’s hype, and what your team should actually be building.

The 5% of executives using AI daily are making better decisions than the 95% who aren’t. That’s who #BUILD is for.

Scoped to your role. Built in real time.

We start with your role, your business, the decisions you actually need to make. The build is designed around that reality.

01
Scope
30-minute conversation to understand your role, your business, and the highest-value thing to build. Complimentary.
02
Build
Hands-on sessions where we co-build in real time. You are in the tools, making decisions, watching agents reason, learning engineering principles in context.
03
Deliver
You walk away with working artifacts—not a certificate. Real workflows, real automations, real outputs you use in your role.
04
Debrief
A capability brief: where you are now, what to focus on next, and what it means for the organizational decisions in front of you.

Real systems. Not exercises.

These are the kinds of systems leaders have built or are building in #BUILD engagements. The output is yours. You use it.

Deploy a multi-agent system where specialized AI advisors—a CFO agent, a growth strategist, a product critic, a skeptic—interrogate your decisions from different angles before you make them. Stress-test a pricing change, a hire, a market entry.
CEO · Scaling $10M–$50M
A Research-to-Brief Engine at Brand Spec

Head of Sales · Growth-Stage
Deal Intelligence That Learns Your Patterns
Connect your CRM to a language model that scores deals against your actual win/loss history, flags risk patterns your team misses, and generates a weekly pipeline narrative your board can read.
CHRO · Mid-Market
Skills Intelligence for Workforce Planning
Prototype a system that maps your people by demonstrated capability—not title—identifies skill concentration risks, and shows leadership where organizational fragility lives before the next reorg reveals it.
COO · Operations-Heavy Business
An Operational Co-Pilot, Not a Dashboard
Build an AI layer that monitors operational data, detects bottleneck patterns humans miss, generates root-cause hypotheses, and routes anomalies to the right person with a recommended action.
Executive in Transition
The AI Operating System for Your Next Role
Design the personal AI infrastructure that makes you measurably more capable: a research assistant tuned to your industry, a communication system that adapts to audiences, and preparation engines for board and investor conversations.

Common Questions

How is this different from an AI course or certification?
Courses teach general concepts to a general audience. BUILD is 1:1 with a practitioner, scoped to your specific role and business problems, and the output is a real system you actually use. The fluency you develop is experiential—the difference between reading about swimming and being in the water.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The sessions are designed for leaders, not engineers. We build at the level that’s appropriate for your role—whether that’s designing a workflow in a no-code tool, working with an AI agent to produce business outputs, or understanding enough about how the technology works to make better decisions about it. The goal is fluency, not engineering certification.
What tools do we use?
It depends on what we’re building and what makes sense for your environment. Typical sessions use a combination of frontier language models (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), automation platforms, and domain-specific AI tools. Tool selection is part of the scoping process and part of the learning.
Can I start with a single session before committing to a sprint?
Yes. The Build Session ($750) is designed for exactly this. If you decide to continue into a Sprint or Program within 30 days, we credit the session cost toward the larger engagement.
I lead a team. Is there a group version?
Yes. AI Fluency for Senior Leaders is the group format—half-day or full-day sessions for leadership teams. BUILD is the individual format. Both develop the same capability; the delivery model differs. Many organizations do both: group sessions for the leadership team, 1:1 BUILD coaching for the executive sponsor.
What happens after the engagement ends?
You keep everything you built and the capability brief that maps your fluency. For ongoing advisory access, the Quarterly Advisory Retainer ($3,600/year) provides continued access to the practice. For deeper organizational work, we can discuss the full Intelligence Organization Method engagement.

The fluency that changes how you lead.

The leaders making the best AI decisions right now are the ones who have built something with their hands.
